It was obvious what this driver was doing. He was eating a bowl of noodles. From the look of it, it was probably won ton noodles. The taxi was in traffic, but it was not moving. When the traffic started moving, he did put his right hand back on the steering wheel. I can imagine the pressure taxi drivers are under. But this was a bit too much.We work too hard in Hong Kong.

Thank you for being the eye showing me scenes in HK as I am trapped between my office and home which is only 5 min drive apart, and very often I am hurrying to go either way early in the morning and late in the evening. Now I have the habit of browsing your blog to see what's new each day - but no pressure!
Driving a taxi is a tough job especially when one has to earn a living for a large household. Ann
Yeah, there are a lot of taxis and they seem to be busy these days. But many of them say they can only get short trips. Rare are the ones costing 70 dollars or more.
