Quite a nice way to spend a late afternoon.You get a view similar to what you get at the TsimShaTsuiEast Promenade. Plus: You can get closer to the water. You can get the shade. You can take your dog here. Your dog can meet the other dogs.
The food costs only a fraction of the price at TST East. Hong Kong people are resourceful. If only they are given the chance.
